CEO Philip Johnston leads the mission, which relies on a specialized "perihelion-pump" maneuver. The flight path was designed by Physical Superintelligence (PSI), an AI lab that processed 10 billion tokens to validate the trajectory. Following launch, the spacecraft will spend 12 years spiraling away from the Sun, utilizing solar passes to accelerate to a final exit velocity of ~24 km/s.
